Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts for consideration in Lady Reading Journal of Medical & Health Sciences. All submissions will undergo an initial editorial evaluation to determine their suitability for the journal’s aims and scope. Manuscripts that meet these criteria will then be sent for peer review, after which a final decision regarding acceptance or rejection will be made.
Before submitting, authors must ensure they have obtained permission to reproduce any third-party material included in their manuscript, such as images, documents, or datasets. Additionally, all listed authors must consent to their inclusion in the submission. For studies involving human or animal subjects, ethical approval from an appropriate institutional review board or ethics committee is required, in accordance with the legal and regulatory standards of the study’s country.
Submissions that do not meet the journal’s basic quality standards may be desk-rejected at the editor’s discretion. To avoid this, authors should ensure their manuscript is well-structured, with a clear and coherent research argument, a concise yet informative title, and a self-contained abstract that effectively summarizes the study. Adhering to these guidelines will increase the likelihood of a positive peer-review outcome. Before submission, authors are encouraged to consult the checklist below to confirm their manuscript meets all necessary requirements
